Create a public status page
Publish a branded service-health page with a unique subdomain, selected monitors, incidents, and maintenance information.
Create the page

Open Status pages
Start a new page from the account dashboard.

Add basic information
Enter the company name or title and choose an available subdomain.

Personalize the design
Choose modern or classic design, a color theme, layout, and optional logo.

Add links
Optionally add a homepage and Contact Us URL or mailto address.
Add monitored services
Use Structure to choose the monitors and manually tracked items shown publicly. Select widget types based on the history customers need.
Review and share
- Check the public page on desktop and mobile.
- Use customer-friendly service names.
- Test homepage and contact links.
- Prepare an incident update workflow.
Choose the subdomain carefully
The current edit workflow treats the status-page subdomain as read-only after creation.
