Why is a website marked down?

Why did I not receive an alert?

Incident alerts require an active integration. Recovery notifications also depend on the monitor configuration.

  • Create a team before inviting or assigning members.
  • A public status page needs a unique subdomain and displayed services.
  • Use maintenance for planned work and status updates for incident communication.
