Connect Discord alerts
Send incident activity to Discord so responders can see downtime and recovery updates.
Before you start
Open Integrations from the Statixoup dashboard. You need access to the destination account and permission to configure workspace integrations.
- Choose the channel or phone number that should receive incidents.
- Keep a safe test destination available so you can verify delivery.
Connect Discord

Choose Discord
Open Integrations and select Configure on the Discord card.

Authorize Discord
Sign in, approve the connection, and choose the destination when prompted.
- 3.
Test the connection
Confirm Discord is active, send a test alert, and check alert history.
Test and manage alerts
Send a test alert after connecting. The integration page records alert history and lets you deactivate or reconnect the destination as your response workflow changes.
Use a dedicated destination
Keep monitoring alerts visible and restrict who can change alert delivery settings.
