Review SLA & Metrics

Use SLA & Metrics to review the last 30 days of service reliability across your active monitors. Use these reports to understand reliability trends, compare monitors, and explain uptime, downtime, incidents, and response-time changes without reading raw check logs.

What SLA & Metrics shows

SLA & Metrics summarizes service health for the last 30 days. The top cards show account-level reliability, and the monitor table breaks the same period down by individual service.

MetricMeaning
MTTRMean time to resolve: the average time incidents took to recover.
MTBFMean time between failures: the average healthy time between incident periods.
Total DowntimeThe percentage of monitored time spent down across active monitors.
Total UptimeThe percentage of monitored time spent available across active monitors.

Open the SLA dashboard

  1. 1.

    Open SLA & Metrics

Select SLA & Metrics from the account navigation.

  2. 2.

    Review account cards

Check MTTR, MTBF, total downtime, and total uptime for the last 30 days.

  3. 3.

    Compare monitors

Use the monitor table to compare each monitor resource by status, uptime, incidents, downtime, MTTR, and MTBF.

Read the monitor table

  • Monitor Resource shows the monitored host name.
  • Status shows the monitor's current state.
  • Uptime and Downtime summarize availability for the 30-day window.
  • Incidents counts detected incident periods for that monitor.
  • MTTR and MTBF help you compare recovery speed and failure frequency.

Use it for reviews

SLA & Metrics is useful for weekly or monthly reliability reviews because it turns check history into a concise service-health summary.
