Set monitor check frequency
Choose how often Statixoup checks a monitor, while staying within the interval allowed by your plan. The guide follows the same monitor workflow used in the dashboard, so you can create, pause, remove, and troubleshoot monitors with confidence.
What check frequency controls
Check frequency is the interval between monitor checks. Faster checks can detect outages sooner, while slower checks reduce noise and are often enough for lower-risk services.

Change the interval

Open the monitor
Go to Monitors and open the monitor detail page.

Choose Configuration
Open General Information.

Adjust Monitor check in every
Move the interval control to the supported value you want.
- 4.
Save
Submit the configuration and wait for the success message.
Match business impact
Use faster checks for login, checkout, and API health endpoints; use slower checks for informational pages or low-risk services.
