Connect WhatsApp alerts

Before you start

Open Integrations from the Statixoup dashboard. You need access to the destination account and permission to configure workspace integrations.

• Choose the channel or phone number that should receive incidents.
• Keep a safe test destination available so you can verify delivery.

Connect WhatsApp

1. 1.

   Enter the number

   Use the country code and digits only.

2. 2.

   Enter the verification code

   Use the six-digit code sent to WhatsApp.

3. 3.

   Confirm the connection

   Confirm the integration is active and send a test alert.

Test and manage alerts

Send a test alert after connecting. The integration page records alert history and lets you deactivate or reconnect the destination as your response workflow changes.
