    Select Request Call from the account navigation.

    Choose a suitable time

    Pick an available slot that works for your timezone.

    Describe what you need

    Include the monitor, status page, integration, or billing area you want to discuss.

Prepare for the call

  • Note the affected monitor URL and when the issue began.
  • Keep relevant incident IDs or screenshots ready.
  • Never send passwords, tokens, or one-time codes.

For active outages

Use your incident-response process first. A scheduled call is best for investigation and configuration help.
