Include the monitor, status page, integration, or billing area you want to discuss.
Prepare for the call
- Note the affected monitor URL and when the issue began.
- Keep relevant incident IDs or screenshots ready.
- Never send passwords, tokens, or one-time codes.
For active outages
Use your incident-response process first. A scheduled call is best for investigation and configuration help.
