Connect Slack alerts
Post incident and recovery updates to Slack so your team can respond where it already works.
Before you start
Open Integrations from the Statixoup dashboard. You need access to the destination account and permission to configure workspace integrations.
- Choose the channel or phone number that should receive incidents.
- Keep a safe test destination available so you can verify delivery.
Connect Slack
- 1.
Choose Slack
Open Integrations and select Configure on the Slack card.
- 2.
Authorize the workspace
Complete Slack authorization and grant the requested permissions.
- 3.
Verify delivery
Return to Statixoup, confirm the connection is active, and send a test alert.
Test and manage alerts
Send a test alert after connecting. The integration page records alert history and lets you deactivate or reconnect the destination as your response workflow changes.
Use a dedicated destination
Keep monitoring alerts visible and restrict who can change alert delivery settings.
